Delivery Information

All items are made to order.

Please allow 3–5 working days for production, depending on demand. During busy periods, this may be slightly longer, and we will notify you if this is the case.

Shipping

  • Orders are dispatched once production is complete
  • Delivery times will depend on the shipping method selected at checkout

Delivery Costs

  • Free UK delivery on orders over £20
  • Delivery charges for smaller orders will be calculated at checkout

Order Accuracy

As all items are custom made, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that:

  • All engraving text is entered correctly
  • Any details provided for customisation are accurate

We will produce your item exactly as submitted, so please check all information carefully before placing your order.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the personalised nature of our products:

All items are non-refundable and non-returnable unless faulty or damaged.

This is in line with UK consumer regulations regarding personalised and made-to-order goods.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or there is a fault with the product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We may ask for:

  • Photographic evidence of the issue

If a fault is confirmed, we will offer:

  • A replacement, or
  • A refund, where appropriate

Incorrect Orders

If the mistake is due to an error on our part (e.g. incorrect engraving that does not match your submitted details), we will resolve this by offering a replacement or refund.

However, we cannot accept responsibility for errors made in the information provided by the customer at the time of ordering.
